I am currently a research scientist at BetterUp, Inc., where I do research in well-being interventions, workforce assessment, and talent development. I am also an advanced postdoctoral scholar at Mentella Health, a private practice.

 

Prior to this, I was a postdoctoral scholar at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, working with Dr. Benjamin Hankin. In 2023, I completed my PhD in clinical psychology at Northwestern University under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer Tackett. I completed my clinical internship in the psychiatry department at University of Illinois--Chicago.

Prior to graduate school, I completed my Bachelor's of Science with honors in psychology and religious studies at University of Oregon, then I remained there as a full-time lab manager for two years. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, live music, travel, and the Pacific Northwest outdoors.
